Privacy Policy for Children's Apps

No data collection, no ads, no tracking: Apple Kids Category, Google Play Families, GDPR, and COPPA

1. Scope

Some of our apps are made for children: currently Jumper. They are designed to meet the Apple App Store Kids Category and Google Play Families requirements, the GDPR, and the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our other apps are covered by the general Lebene Privacy Policy.

2. What We Do Not Collect

In short: nothing that identifies your child or you.

  • We do not collect personal data from children or anyone else: no accounts or sign-in, and no names, email addresses, photos, contacts, or location.
  • No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising identifiers. The apps contain no advertising or analytics SDKs.
  • No chat, and nothing shared with other players. The only in-app purchase is offered to parents, behind a parental gate (see section 3).
  • Game progress and settings are stored only on the device. They are removed when the app is deleted and can be reset at any time in the parents' area.
  • The parents' area (settings) is protected by a parental gate, and the apps contain no links to websites, app stores, or social media.

3. Purchases

Jumper is free to download, and its first world is free to play. A single one-time in-app purchase unlocks the remaining worlds; there are no subscriptions. The purchase is offered only to parents, behind a parental gate, and is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see or store card numbers, billing details, or any other payment information, and we use no third-party payment or purchase service. The app keeps only a note on the device that the worlds are unlocked.

4. Crash Reports

If the app crashes or hits an error, it sends an anonymous technical report to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), stored in the EU. The report contains the error and where it happened in the code, the app version, the device model, and the operating-system version. It contains no identifiers, and Sentry is set not to store IP addresses. We use these reports only to fix bugs (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted automatically after Sentry's retention period. Sentry may access them from outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and delete data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). Because crash reports contain no identifiers, we cannot link them to a particular child or device.

6. Changes

If we add a new app for children or change how these apps work, we will update this page first. The date below reflects the most recent revision.

7. Contact

Parents and guardians can contact us with any question or request about these apps at contact@lebene.pl.
